Book Reading Project
Three Penang Free School boys who has just graduated overseas piloted a book reading project called "The Book Exchange Buffet" With the help of donations from all over the world, Nik Rashid, Justin Lim and Kok Hin bought many interesting books for the school students to read during their free time. It is just a way to encourage the students to read more books by bringing the books closer to them without having to borrow it in the library. It will be placed in the canteen under the supervision of the school prefects. The school would like to thank this trio for coming up with such a wonderful and brilliant idea. Bravo and well done!
Penang Free School hopes that this innovative project will further spurs the students to read widely as it is the first step to be in part of a global citizen and in this borderless world.
